Free delivery anywhere in Auckland?
Yes. SleepyCo offers fast, free delivery across the entire Auckland region. Most orders are dispatched the same day and delivered within hours. Our team personally handles every mattress and bed base to ensure safe, reliable delivery straight to your door at no extra cost.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Auckland: Most orders arrive the same day or the next day, depending on the time of purchase.
Outside Auckland: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules.
Whats SleepyCo's 100 Night Trial?
SleepyCo offers a 100 night comfort trial on all mattresses so you can test your new bed at home. We ask that you try the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust.
If you are not satisfied after that period, you may request a return during the trial. A standard 120 dollar return fee applies, and the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and used with a protector.
Exchanges are available after 7 nights, but the second mattress does not include a new 100 night trial.
The 100 night trial is available for Auckland and nationwide customers, but returns from outside Auckland must be dropped off or arranged through your own freight provider.
Shouldn't I test a mattress first in person before purchasing?
Not necessarily. Modern mattresses are designed to perform consistently without needing an in-store trial. SleepyCo offers a 100 night comfort trial, giving you far more time to test your mattress at home than a few minutes in a showroom.
You get to sleep on it in your own room, on your own base, in real conditions — and if it is not the right feel for you, we offer returns and exchanges. It is a safer, more accurate way to find the mattress that suits your body.
