SLEEPYCO – SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made through sleepyco.co.nz.

1. Auckland Shipping Policy

  • All SleepyCo products are shipped directly from our showroom in Kumeū, Auckland.

  • Standard Auckland delivery timeframe is 1–3 business days.

  • Auckland shipping is charged on a regional basis, regardless of order weight.

  • Shipping costs depend on your exact Auckland location.

  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery.

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Public Holidays:
Delivery estimates do not include New Zealand public holidays.
Please add additional working days to your expected delivery timeframe during these periods.

2. Same-Day Delivery (Auckland Only – Jet Couriers)

SleepyCo now offers same-day delivery within Auckland using Jet Couriers.

Eligibility

  • Available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order must be placed before 3:00 PM for same-day service.

  • Applies to selected Auckland suburbs (availability may vary by region).

Important Conditions

  • There is no tracking available for Jet Couriers deliveries.

  • Customers must be home to receive the delivery.

  • If no one is home, the courier cannot leave the item unattended.

  • A redelivery fee may apply if the courier needs to return later.

  • Same-day delivery cannot be changed, redirected, or cancelled once dispatched.

Signature & Access

  • A physical handover is required.

  • Safe driveway/access is required for the courier driver.

  • If access is unsafe or obstructed, delivery may be declined or rescheduled.

3. Shipping Outside of Auckland

  • Delivery timeframe for areas outside Auckland is approximately 5 business days (excluding processing time).

  • SleepyCo uses Mainfreight for North Island and South Island deliveries.

  • Mainfreight deliveries are signature-required.

  • A physical address is required (workplace or home where someone will be present).

  • Deliveries occur Monday to Friday only.

  • No deliveries to PO Boxes.

Tracking:

  • Once your order is collected by Mainfreight, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates are available on the Mainfreight website.

4. Additional Delivery Information

  • Rural (RD) addresses may require additional delivery time.

  • Large items such as mattresses and bed bases require clear, safe delivery access.

  • If nobody is present to sign for a standard courier or Mainfreight delivery, re-delivery fees may apply.

  • Orders cannot be rerouted or cancelled once they have left our warehouse.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak-season courier volumes

  • Road closures

  • Depot backlogs

  • Unforeseen courier delays

SleepyCo is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
