Free delivery anywhere in Auckland?
Yes. SleepyCo offers fast, free delivery across the entire Auckland region. Most orders are dispatched the same day and delivered within hours. Our team personally handles every mattress and bed base to ensure safe, reliable delivery straight to your door at no extra cost.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Auckland: Most orders arrive the same day or the next day, depending on the time of purchase.
Outside Auckland: Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and courier schedules.
Whats SleepyCo's 100 Night Trial?
Every SleepyCo mattress includes our 100-Night Comfort Guarantee, giving you the confidence to find the comfort that's right for you in your own home.
We ask that you sleep on your mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to properly adjust. If, after this adjustment period, you feel the comfort isn't quite right, you may request a one-time comfort exchange within 100 nights of delivery.
A flat $80 Comfort Exchange Fee applies to all approved exchanges. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return transport of their original mattress to SleepyCo.
To qualify, the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and have been used with a waterproof mattress protector at all times.
Replacement mattresses are not eligible for any further comfort exchanges or a new 100-Night Comfort Guarantee.
This Comfort Guarantee applies to comfort preference only. Refunds are not available for comfort preference or change of mind. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 remain unaffected.
The 100 night trial is available for Auckland and nationwide customers, but returns from outside Auckland must be dropped off or arranged through your own freight provider.
Shouldn't I test a mattress first in person before purchasing?
Not necessarily. While trying a mattress in a showroom can give you a first impression, a few minutes of lying down simply can't compare to sleeping on it night after night in your own home.
That's why every SleepyCo mattress comes with our 100-Night Comfort Guarantee. We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 nights, as it can take time for your body to adjust to a new sleep surface.
If, after the adjustment period, you feel the comfort isn't quite right, you can exchange your mattress once for our alternative comfort option.
Sleeping on your mattress at home, with your own pillow, bedding, and sleep routine, is the best way to know if it's the right fit for you.
