Whats SleepyCo's 100 Night Trial?
SleepyCo offers a 100 night comfort trial on all mattresses so you can test your new bed at home. We ask that you try the mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body time to adjust.
If you are not satisfied after that period, you may request a return during the trial. A standard 120 dollar return fee applies, and the mattress must be clean, undamaged, and used with a protector.
Exchanges are available after 7 nights, but the second mattress does not include a new 100 night trial.
The 100 night trial is available for Auckland and nationwide customers, but returns from outside Auckland must be dropped off or arranged through your own freight provider.
How fast is delivery?
We offer fast, free delivery Auckland-wide on all SleepyCo mattresses and bed bases.
Order before 2pm and you can request same-day delivery at no extra cost — perfect if you need your new bed in a hurry.
For the rest of New Zealand, we ship orders out quickly and provide full tracking:
- North Island: Super fast delivery, usually 1–3 days
- South Island: Typically 2–4 days, depending on your location
No matter where you are, we keep you updated every step of the way so you always know when your SleepyCo order is arriving.
Do you offer free Auckland delivery?
Yes — we offer free delivery Auckland-wide on all SleepyCo mattresses and bed bases, with no minimum spend and no hidden fees. If you place your order before 2pm, you can even request same-day delivery at no extra cost, making it easier than ever to upgrade your sleep.
Is the mattress CertiPUR-US certified and chemical-free?
Yes — all SleepyCo mattresses use CertiPUR-US® certified foams, meaning they’re made without harmful chemicals, fiberglass, heavy metals, or ozone-depleting materials. They’re independently tested to be low-VOC, safe for your home, and better for indoor air quality.
Our top layer is wrapped in a natural bamboo fabric, which is naturally antibacterial, hypoallergenic, and breathable — perfect for sensitive skin, allergy sufferers, and anyone wanting a cleaner, healthier sleep surface.
