If you're not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new SleepyCo mattress after sleeping on it for a minimum of 30 nights, you're covered by our 100-Night Comfort Guarantee.

We recommend sleeping on your mattress for at least 30 nights, as it can take time for your body to properly adjust to a new mattress. If, after this adjustment period, you feel the comfort isn't quite right, simply contact us within 100 nights of delivery to request a comfort exchange.

Our Comfort Guarantee allows one comfort exchange per original mattress purchase, giving you the opportunity to swap to our alternative comfort option (Medium Soft or Medium Firm).

A flat $80 Comfort Exchange Fee applies to each approved exchange. This fee helps cover inspection, hygiene cleaning, administration, processing, and preparation of your replacement mattress.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return transport of their original mattress to SleepyCo. The replacement mattress will be dispatched once the original mattress has been received and has passed our inspection.

To be eligible for a comfort exchange, your mattress must be returned in near-new condition, free from stains, odours, damage, mould, moisture, excessive wear, or bed bug infestations. A waterproof mattress protector must have been used at all times, and the mattress must be returned in its original protective bag.

Replacement mattresses are not eligible for any further comfort exchanges or a new 100-Night Comfort Guarantee.

This Comfort Guarantee applies to comfort preference only. Refunds are not available for comfort preference or change of mind. If your mattress has a manufacturing fault or does not meet the guarantees provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, your rights under New Zealand consumer law remain unaffected.

Once your original mattress has been returned to SleepyCo and passes our inspection, we'll prepare and dispatch your replacement mattress as soon as possible. Exchange processing times may vary depending on stock availability and your location, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way.

No, you don't need to keep the original cardboard box your mattress arrived in.

We do, however, recommend keeping the original protective plastic mattress bag for at least the first 100 nights. If you request a comfort exchange, your mattress must be returned in this bag to help protect it during transport and ensure it remains eligible under our 100-Night Comfort Guarantee.
